Irene Amabile FisherIrene Amabile-Fisher brings many years of professional experience as a Business Developer in the Fort Monmouth area and Aberdeen communities. She is a results-oriented, professional with a proven track record to successfully identify client needs to meet Government program requirements. She is practical with proven ability to utilize her professional network to build strong relationships between clients and key Army and VA Customers.

Irene has keen BD skills in business intelligence, customer relations, qualifying opportunities, marketing, and strategic planning in the Army C4ISR and VA IT markets. She has demonstrated ability to develop capture strategies to guide and assist superior client success.

As a Government contractor Program Manager she demonstrated ability to grow a business base from zero to $2M in less than six months. She has the proven ability to supervise, motivate and direct personnel building an accomplished group of lead engineers for various Army C4ISR Programs under the Program Executive Office PEO C3T and R&D projects under CERDEC.

Her experience includes: BD Consultant for LGS Innovations Bell Labs with a major focus on Army Programs at Fort Monmouth and Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD; Business Development and Program Manager at Premier Technology Group Inc.  Springfield Virginia,  focusing on Program Executive Office Command Control Communications C3T, Program Executive Office Information Electronic Warfare Systems IEW&S and Information Intelligence Directorate I2WD technical support services for various programs of record;   Government contractor Senior Logistics Manager for Standard Integrated Command Posts SICPS army Programs at Fort Monmouth, NJ,  focusing on fielding systems to the Army Battlefield Command Systems ABCS Community;  and Senior Logistics Manager at Semcor Inc. specializing in logistics management and fielding PEO IEW&S Guardrail Common Sensor Systems at Camp Evans, NJ,  focusing on program management, fielding and material management of the GR/CS family of equipment.

Ms Amabile-Fisher is a graduate of Georgian Court University Lakewood, NJ with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
