John has 45 years experience in supporting Army and Joint Service analytic and programmatic efforts. He has an understanding of the Army and the business processes used in supporting research, development, acquisition, logistics and operational efforts. He led the Functional Area Assessment of the Army Title 10 Equip, Supply and Maintenance Functions for the AMC Commander. He has 12 years leadership experience at the Army SES level as the Chief of the Logistics and Readiness Division and Director of the Army Material Systems Analysis Activity (AMSAA), Assistant DCSLOG AMC and the Director Material Management at the Joint Logistics Systems Center and 10 years of DOD contractor leading a broad range of support efforts.
