Raymond L. Collins – Senior Associate

Over thirty-two years experience in the private sector in various roles, including Principal in two technology small businesses, CFO of an automotive parts manufacturing company and twenty years of strategic business development experience with Anteon Corporation, General Dynamics Information Technology and Booz Allen Hamilton.  Focus markets included technical services (IT/networks, cyber technology, training and mission-essential military planning and operations support) across federal agencies such as CDC and DHS and to all services in the Defense market particularly the US Army Signal Community (Signal Regiment and NETCOM), Forces Command (FORSCOM), Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) and US Special Operations Command (SOCOM).  He has a large network of key military and industry leadership across the Army Industrial market and possesses significant historical knowledge of major contract vehicles and is reputed for his partnering and team building.

Before entering the private sector, Mr. Collins enjoyed a successful career in the US Marine Corps performing a wide range of command and staff assignments including two combat tours in the Republic of Vietnam. This service included key leadership assignments at the Depot Maintenance Activity (DMA) and Contracts Directorate at the Marine Corps Logistics Command and joint staff and command assignments at major commands in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Collins holds a BS Degree from the University of North Carolina and a Masters in Business Administration from Syracuse University and is a graduate of numerous military service schools, including the Marine Corps Command and Staff College at Quantico, Virginia.
