Robin Herman – Proposal Suport Manager

Robin Herman brings years of experience as a Proposal Manager. She is a results-oriented, professional with the proven ability to successfully analyze Government contract requirements, identify key proposal team members, and develop contract winning proposals. She has the ability to perform several key roles on the proposal team.

Ms. Herman plans, coordinates and prepares proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and requests for quotes (RFQs), with emphasis on the Federal Government. She is skilled in writing and editing. She has successfully directed contributions of subject matter experts, estimators, subcontractor/team members and editors to prepare proposals for submission.

As a Director for a Government contractor, Ms. Herman was responsible for Proposal Management and Production.  In her career, she has been the Proposal Manager for several ID/IQ Programs with responsibilities that have included Volume Manager, Production editor,  partner correspondence, and compliancy. Ms. Herman has established and structured data management tools for opportunity, proposal and contract information tracking. She restructured a Proposal Department, defining roles and responsibilities for each position within the department. Ms. Herman also developed a manual of standard operating procedures for the Proposal department.  She established and managed these processes and procedures to be followed to ensure compliant and professional proposal documents.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Montclair University and maintains a secret security clearance.
